Push notifications are an integral part of Zapable's functionality and they don't create themselves!
Someone needs to craft the messages and promotions that get sent to all the users who download the app.
Now if it's your app for your business you can use the Zapable interface.
BUT
If you make an app for a client and agree to manage it for them, you don't (unless you agree a deal to do so) want to be in charge of every push notification promotion they want to roll out. Let the business nominate a marketing person to do that.
And in order to send push notifications to all the people who have downloaded a Zapable mobile app, that person needs special access.
