No! If you want to create an app that is about a particular celebrity, brand or keyword, you can find pre-existing RSS feeds on that celebrity, brand or keyword.
Again, Google is your friend. Search “_your_keyword_” and then add RSS Feed to the search field.
For example, if you are working on an app for a sports team (let’s use a made up team called the Bangor Bullets) you would search for:
